Privacy Policy

Managed Markets Insight & Technology, LLC and its AIS Health division (collectively, “we” or “us”) are committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe our practices for collecting information about you through the websites we operate (each, a “Website”), how that information may be used and with whom the information may be shared.

You may use our Websites only if you agree to this Privacy Policy. PLEASE NOTE: Your use of a Website constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, and when we do, we will update the effective date in Paragraph 11 below. We encourage you to request and review the privacy policies of any third party prior to using third party sites or disclosing information to those third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to our interactions with you outside of the Services (e.g., if you call our offices by telephone).

If you are visiting a Website from a country outside the United States, you acknowledge that in using the Website, you will transfer personal information about yourself to the United States, that the data protection laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in your own country and that transferring this personal information occurs with your consent.
