D.C. Chartered Health Plan Inc. named Maynard McAlpin CEO. He filled the vacancy left when CEO Gabriel Henna died in December 2010. McAlpin was managing director of enterprise strategy at Aetna Inc....The California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) appointed Robert Udall Glazier deputy executive officer for external affairs. He replaces Patricia Macht, who is retiring at the end of the month. Glazier was deputy secretary of external affairs at the California Business, Transportation and Housing Agency.
