Medgate Inc., a developer of software for health and safety data management, named Reza Alemy, M.D., chief medical officer. Alemy is a family physician, radiation oncology specialist and an e-health expert, according to Medgate....Barry Silbaugh, M.D., CEO of the American College of Physician Executives, said he will be stepping down at the end of this year. Silbaugh has agreed to stay with the organization until his successor is in place.
