Robert Graham, board chairman of the Alliance for Health Reform, was named national program director of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Aligning Forces for Quality Initiative. Graham will also hold an appointment as research professor of health policy at George Washington University's School of Public Health and Health Services....CorMedix Inc., a pharmaceutical company, appointed Mark Klausner, M.D., chief medical officer (CMO). Klausner was CMO at Nephrogenex, Inc., a developmental-stage biotechnology company.
