Dixon was CEO of CIGNA Behavioral Health....David Kaplan, M.D., has joined Mercer’s health and benefits business as global leader of clinical services and solutions. Kaplan joins Mercer from Towers Watson and predecessor firm Towers Perrin, where from 2005 to 2011 he led the care management practice and the custom care management service line.
