BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee promoted Gale Arden to vice president and general manager of the Senior Care division, which is responsible for Medicare Advantage and Medicare supplement products. Prior to joining the Tennessee Blues plan in 2009, Arden worked for CMS, where she was involved in oversight of the Medicare and Medicaid programs’ national operations.…Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon promoted Alison Goldwater to vice president of provider services in Oregon. She was the director of network strategy and reimbursement management.
