Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey said that Chairman and CEO William Marino will retire effective March 1, 2011. The insurer’s board of directors elected Robert Marino (no relation to William Marino) to be the new president and CEO. The board also selected Emmanuel Kampouris, current chairman of the board’s governance committee, to take over as board chairman....Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts appointed Bruce Bullen chief operating officer, effective Jan. 17, 2011. Bullen was the interim CEO at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Inc.
