Stephen Harris was promoted to president of Abri Health Plan, Molina Healthcare Inc.’s Medicaid subsidiary in Wisconsin. Harris joined Molina in 2009 to work on market development and acquisition/integration activities. He was executive vice president and chief financial officer at United American Healthcare Corp., a Medicaid managed care company....Quintiles named Vincent Aurentz executive vice president of customer solutions business. Aurentz was executive vice president of portfolio development and a member of the executive board at Merck Serono in Geneva, Switzerland.
