Andrews was a sales executive at Hewitt Associates....The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) elected Louisiana Insurance Commissioner James J. Donelon as vice president and Illinois Insurance Director Michael T. McRaith as secretary-treasurer. NAIC held a special interim election to fill recent vacancies.
