HealthSpring, Inc. said that former Bravo Health, Inc. Chairman and CEO Jeff Folick joined its board of directors, but will not have a full-time position at HealthSpring, and that Bravo Chief Financial Officer Scott Tabakin will not be joining the company, which acquired Bravo on Dec. 1....Integrated Healthcare Strategies, a human capital advisor to health care organizations, named Zachary Besheer senior vice president. Besheer was regional vice president at B.E. Smith.
