People on the Move

Merck & Co. promoted Kenneth Frazier to CEO. He succeeds Richard Clark, who is expected to retire in 2011. Frazier was named president in April....The Association for Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP) named Mary B. Kennedy vice president of Medicare. Kennedy returns to ACAP from CMS, where she had served as an advisor earlier this year.
