1. I’m having trouble logging into AISHealth.com. What’s wrong?

Check the error message in the pop-up box. Make sure you’ve filled in all the fields that are required.

If the message says that your email address is already registered, simply click on “Have you forgotten your password?” and a new password will be sent to your email address. Then go back to the site and log in with your email address as your user name and the new password just sent to you.

2. Who needs to register on AISHealth.com?

If you already are a paid subscriber to one of AIS Health’s publications (see #4 below), you don’t need to register, just log in.

Otherwise, visitors to AISHealth.com should take a minute – literally – to register, in order to get access to thousands of articles and more. Click here to register.

3. I forgot my password for AISHealth.com. How can I request a new one?

Click here to enter your email address, and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

4. Am I a paid subscriber?

You are a paid subscriber if you currently subscribe to any of these publications:

6. How do I find an article on AISHealth.com?

Registered users can search our News Archives for all articles on AISHealth.com. Search with a key word, or use the advanced search for more options – search by publication, by content channel or date range.

7. Why can’t I access all the articles on AISHealth.com?

Free registration will give you access to many of the articles on our site. Registration is free and only takes a minute! Register now and you’ll have access to thousands of articles on the site.

But you must be a paid subscriber to access ALL articles from a publication (see #4 above). Order a subscription at the AIS MarketPlace, and get access to the full back-issue archives of articles, plus other valuable benefits.

8. I’d like to reprint or post an article from an AIS Health publication. Is that allowed?

11. How do I order AIS Health products?

Visit the AIS MarketPlace to view AIS Health's publications and data products. You can place an order online using our secure cart.

When you purchase an AIS Health product using Mastercard, VISA or American Express, the charge will appear on your billing statement as “AIS Health.” The actual title of your purchase will not appear.

12. How do I renew my subscription to an AIS Health publication?

Simply follow the link in your renewal notice to the AIS MarketPlace. Place an order for your publication and we’ll adjust your expiration date when we process your order. Subsequent renewals automatically will be billed to your credit card on file, unless you choose to cancel.

13. Can I get extra copies of my publication for other members of my team?

AIS Health offers group subscription packages that allow you to distribute multiple copies of your publication within your organization. Reach out to sales@aishealth.com for more information and to order.

14. My order in the online shopping cart won't go through. What should I do?

Please contact Customer Service if you’re having any problems with the shopping cart. They’ll make sure your order is processed.

15. How do I view my paid publication on AISHealth.com?

Log in and go to the box in the right column titled “Resources for Paid Subscribers.” Publications you subscribe to will be listed in the dark grey box under “My Subscriptions.” Click on the publication title to access the subscriber-only site where you can read the current issue, search back-issue archives, see postings from your editor and more. If you’ve logged in and still can’t access the subscriber-only pages, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

16. How do I access back issues of my paid publication?

Access several years' worth of back issues (as PDFs) by clicking the “Back Issue Archives” link in the grey “Subscriber Library” box in the right column of your subscriber-only Web page. For more information on accessing your subscriber-only Web page, please see "How do I view my paid publication on AISHealth.com?" above.

17. I’m not receiving issues of my publication. What should I do?

Subscriptions to AIS Health’s paid publications include an email notification when each new issue is posted on your subscriber-only page at AISHealth.com. Please notify your Information Systems staff to whitelist AISHealthRadars@aishealth.com to make sure that you receive these emails.

Printed publications are mailed 1st class through the U.S. Postal Service. You should receive your first issue within 7-10 business days of your order. If you’re not receiving your printed publication in the mail, please contact us at customerserv@aishealth.com to confirm your mailing address.

To assure the reliable delivery of the free email newsletter AIS’s Health Business Daily, please notify your Information Systems staff to whitelist the domain “aishealth.com.”

18. How do I update my address?

To make a mailing address change, simply email us a picture of your current mailing label, along with your new address and the date the new address becomes effective. Please allow two to three weeks for address changes to be made.

To change an email address for a paid subscription, please contact Customer Service.

To change the email address to which AIS’s Health Business Daily delivers, please follow the link to the "Subscription Management Page" found at the bottom of each email newsletter.

AISHealth.com does not display advertising from other organizations.
