1. Who needs to register?

If you already are a paid subscriber to one of AIS’s newsletters (see #2 below), you don’t need to register, just log in.

Otherwise, visitors to AISHealth.com should take a minute – literally – to register, in order to get access to thousands of articles, special reports, bookshelf items and more. Click here to register.

2. Am I a paid subscriber?

You are a paid subscriber if you currently subscribe to any of these newsletters:

These are free email newsletters with great, original content from AIS. Get more information and sign up for the newsletters here.

4. Why can’t I access all articles?

Free registration will give you access to many of the articles on our site. Registration is free and only takes a minute! Register now and you’ll have access to thousands of articles on the site.

But you must be a paid newsletter subscriber to access ALL articles from a publication (see #2 above). Order a subscription at the AIS MarketPlace, and get access to the full back-issue archives of articles, plus other valuable benefits.

Or, you can buy the single article as a pay-per-view purchase. Make sure you are registered, then follow the instructions in the box that pops up with the article’s “Access Denied” message.

5. I’m having trouble logging in. What’s wrong?

Check the error message at the top of the page (in pink). Make sure you’ve filled in all the fields that are required.

If the message says that your email address is already registered, simply click on “Have you forgotten your password?” and a new password will be sent to your email address. Then go back to the site and log in with your email address as your user name and the new password just sent to you.

9. My order in the AIS MarketPlace’s shopping cart won't go through. What should I do?

Please don’t hesitate to call Customer Service, at 800-521-4323, if you’re having any problems with the shopping cart. They’ll make sure your order is processed right away.

11. How do I find an article in the AIS newsletter database?

Registered users can search our News Archives for all articles in the AIS newsletter database. Search with a key word, or use the advanced search for more options – search by publication, by content channel or date range.

12. How do I view my paid newsletter on the site?

Log in and go to the box in the right-hand column titled “Resources for Paid Subscribers.” Publications you subscribe to will be listed in the dark grey box under “My Subscriptions.” Click on the newsletter title to access the subscriber-only site where you can read the current issue, search back issue archives, see postings from your editor and much more. If you’ve logged in and still can’t access the subscriber-only pages, please call Customer Service for assistance at 800-521-4323.

13. How do I comment on a blog entry?

Type your comment in the box below the blog entry, then click "Post as." Enter your email address to post as a "Guest" (your email address will not be published on the website), or use an existing profile (on Disqus, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo or Open ID). AIS welcomes reader feedback, but we reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate.

14. How do I post a job opening?

Visit Health Business Jobs and click "Post a Job." Complete the fields, then click “Save” to submit the form. You will receive an email when your Job Opening has been approved and posted.

15. How do I submit a White Paper?
