Order AIS Health Products

Visit the AIS MarketPlace to view AIS Health's publications and data products. You can place an order online using our secure cart.

When you purchase an AIS Health product using Mastercard, VISA or American Express, the charge will appear on your billing statement as “AIS Health” The actual title of your purchase will not appear.

Shipping Information:

Print newsletters are mailed 1st class through the U.S. Postal Service. You should receive your first issue within 5-7 business days of your order. Your email notification that the newsletter has been posted on your subscriber-only Web page is sent on the day of publication. Email recipients should whitelist AISHealthRadars@aishealth.com to ensure delivery.

Renew Your Subscription to AIS Health Newsletters and Databases

Renew your subscription at the AIS Health Marketplace. If possible, please have your customer number available so that we can serve you more effectively. The first six digits on the left corner of the mailing label indicate your customer number. Please refer to this number when calling about your account. Your expiration date is on the right side.

Replacing Missing or Damaged Issues of Your Newsletter

If you fail to receive a print issue or an issue is damaged in the mail, please contact us and we will rush you another copy of the publication.

Changing Your Address

To make a mailing address change, simply email us a picture of your current mailing label, along with your new address and the date the new address becomes effective. Please allow two to three weeks for address changes to be made.

To change an email address for a paid subscription, please contact AIS Customer Service.

To change the email address to which your free email newsletter deliver, please follow the link to the "Subscription Management Page" found at the bottom of each email newsletter.

Requesting Back Issues of Newsletters

Access several years' worth of back issues (as PDFs) at your subscriber-only Web page. For more information on accessing your subscriber-only Web page, please see "How do I view my paid newsletter on the site?" at AISHealth.com's FAQs.

Group Subscriptions and Site Licenses

AIS Health offers group subscription packages that allow you to distribute multiple copies of your newsletter within your organization. Reach out to sales@aishealth.com for more information or to order.

Requests to Reprint or Post Individual Articles

For permission to reprint or post individual articles, please contact AIS Customer Service.

The Successful Delivery of E-mail Newsletters

To assure the reliable delivery of AIS’s Health Business Daily, which may be blocked by a customer’s SPAM filter, please notify your Information Systems staff to whitelist the domain “aishealth.com” to make sure that you receive these emails.

E-mail Notification that Your Newsletter Has Been Published

AIS’s print newsletter subscriptions include an option that allows subscribers to receive email notification when the newsletter has been posted on your subscriber-only page at AISHealth.com. This service brings you the news faster and allows you to store it on your desktop, for convenient retrieval when you wish. Please notify your Information Systems staff to whitelist AISHealthRadars@aishealth.com to make sure that you receive these emails.
